HSBC is no longer sending bills. I have a $10.00. charge from - - that I was never sent. When I configured my HSBC online banking account I never signed up for 'e-statements '. When I checked my online setup on - -, - the 'estatements ' option was not selected. HSBC customer support was unable to help after escalating, the HSBC Supervisor was too busy to speak with me. HSBC customer support would not take care of the late charges, accept resposibility for the issue nor cancel this MasterCard account.
