My sister went into a Navy Federal Credit Union - in - Ohio - the staff was very rude and unprofessional.She was told there was a fraud alert on her account she went in the branch to prove we are sisters. I faxed my birth certificate to - while she was in the office the receptionist confirmed it was received. And on the telephone she was told that her marriage license could be used as verification as long as our parents names were on it. I was born before our parents were married and my birth certificate only had our moms name on it but she also had my moms obituary proving we are siblings. We understood the policies and did not mind complying with them but feel she was treated unfairly. I am filing this complaint due to the nature of her experience in the branch..
