TransUnion Credit reporting department,
Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Nebraska
On -/-/-, I pulled my credit report from TransUnion and found that TU - conducted an inquiry without my written authorization on -/-/-. Refer to page - of enclosures submitted. Another inquiry was made on -/-/- by Transunion - with my first name that is not spelled correctly. Refer to page - of enclosures submitted. I did not authorize this inquiry. Furthermore, I did not subscribe to this service at all-Period. I believe that is inquiry involves fraud and that this entity doing business as TU - is not legitimate. I wrote a letter to this entity dated -/-/-. Refer to page - of enclosures. I received a letter dated -/-/- from Transunion -. Refer to - - of enclosures. I did not apply for a loan or a credit card. I simply pulled a credit report and that is all. First of all, I want to know if this entity is a legitimate business and second, they do not have my expressed written authorization to conduct a soft inquiry with my expressed written consent. They have no business conducting a soft inquiry for no reason and claim that I had signed up for it. Especially, with no signed contract or my expressed written authorization. My financial information is not available for sale, distributed, faxed, e-mailed, stored in a retrieval system, sent to a third-party without my expressed written consent. Transunion - also known as - or - is not authorized to resell any and all of my information-Period.
