First National Bank of Omaha Credit card department,
I had a problem with - - - and my issuing bank, First BankCard ( subsidiary of First National Bank of Omaha ) is not responding to requests for further assistance. When I first contacted them -/-/-, they initially denied my case ( -/-/- ) stating payment was due to the merchant for goods or services provided. I called and spoke to a supervisor named - and explained it all to him and he more or less assured me that I could win the case and get my money back. However, on -/-/-, they denied it again for reasons I 'm still not understanding. I mailed another letter - and have yet to hear from them. I then faxed the manager of the department - - on -/-/- and again on -/-/- and again, I ca n't get a response.
