MoneyGram Money transfers department,

This is the second time this happened. I sent money to my son - and i had to call due to the fact my name is on a list for drug something or another but my name is a common name so the first time i had to call was fine but my name should 've been removed from that list so it happened last night again and the wait time to talk to someone is simply unacceptable. I will not ever be using Money Gram again. I am a hard working man and i should n't had to even go through that once let alone twice!
