Investors Bank, - -, - NJ has continued to mail banking statements, - Tax forms - to a former address despite my repeated requests. I have called their customer service line. I have met with the branch manager. I have met with the assistant branch manager. They have copied my license three times in the past seven months and assured me that they have corrected it ; yet they continue to send banking statements to an address that has been invalid for 2 years.
