Company is using unfair collection practices to obtain payment for a debt. Company calls multiple times a day and will not leave a voicemail. Any attempt to leave a voicemail is generally dead air. I informed company on two occasions, verbally - -, 2016, and via e-mail on - -, 2016, to only call MY PHONE ( therefore, removing my wife 's number and all other numbers associated with the loan with the exception of my cell phone ), provided the phone number and told them to leave a message. I would need to receive a voicemail in order to return a phone call. As of today, my wife continues to receive phone calls with no voicemails to either her phone or my phone.
