I had a loan with Santander USA and paid off the car. I have an overpayment of $350.00 and I 've been waiting since - for my refund. Each time I call, I get a different answer on when I will receive my refund. The employees are extremely rude and condescending. I made every payment on time and I am getting treated like dirt now. I am not even sure they were applying my payments correctly for the last 5 years. The customer service says that the accounting department does not have phones so I ca n't request a breakdown of payments made. This company is a scam!
