The customer service agent said I should receive a paper check for $200.00 in 10 business days. On - -, 13 business days ( excluding the holiday ) later, I still have not received the refund check. Upon calling customer service, they said it may take up to 30 business days. The discrepancy between the original call on - - to what I was told on - - is alarming and give me great concern as to when I should expect to receive the check.
