I contacted the CREDITOR requesting my original promissory note to validate the loan collection. I have received a copy of the promissory note from them which is counterfeit and does not prove they are the holder in due course and does n't bind me into paying them a dime. I requested that if they can not provide this validation of debt to take their marks off of my credit report to all - credit agencies also to give me the title to my vehicle. They are still sending me letters requesting that I pay them for a loan that is not even validated.
