Credit monitoring or identity protection account terms and changes
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit monitoring or identity protection Account terms and changes Texas
- - - has been reporting to Experian through - for over 10 years. Recently we realized that - had gone out of business and none of the information we were reporting was appearing on Experian. Furthermore Experian deleted all the information we had ever reported through - without either company informing us. We have been dealing with the manager at Experian, - -, and the supervisor, - - for two and a half months now without any solution. We were denied being able to report to them directly yet we are still being charged to be able to purchase credit reports from them even though at this time we know they are not accurate because valuable information from our company has been deleted. Over ten years worth of information is missing for our customers. Experian refuses to reinstate the information.
