Barclays Credit card department,
I have disputed the amount via mail twice within the initial 30 days of being charged. The issuer however have not fully investigated the amount I am disputing and keep closing the dispute without telling me. I will not pay for charges made for services not received. I do not feel the credit card issuer is unbiased since it is the same company who charged the amount, they are not looking out for the best interest of the card holder me.
