I was making a small purchase with my PayPal account, when the product I bought was defective, so I logged into my PayPal account to submit a complaint to the company I purchased it. From there I noticed my PayPal Credit ( which I never wanted ) had a large balance, $1400.00, as I looked into it, someone was able to rack up that amount in gift cards back in - ... I never any type of notification or phone call from PayPal about these transactions that all happened on the same day.
