Citibank Bank account or service department,
Other bank product/service Using a debit or ATM card California
ATM Machine at - at - - -, -, California - USA is set up so that the sun will not allow you to see the screen. - has put in many requests themselves to Citibank to move the machine or do something to make it safe and workable. According to the store, Citibank does not care and does not come out to deal with the problem. It creates many inproper clicks on the ATM because people can not read what they are doing. If trying to hold magazines or something around it to be able to see it causes customers purses, papers, etc. to all fall to the ground and makes them easy targets for theft. Even with doing that, it is very hard to try to see what you are pushing unless you have all of the screens memorized. Citibank has made it impossible to locate on the internet just who to contact to correct this problem. I am a Citibank customer with quite a few accounts and I use the - ATM machines all the time but the one at this particular location is completely unsafe and Citibank needs to IMMEDIATELY to something before someone gets injured or is robbed or looses their money all because they thought they were pushing another button while trying to hold on to something to help them see and hold their personal belongings at the same time.
