I was renting a car from -. They have changed over the years, but that 's another story. I tried to get a monthly billing and tried to return the vehicle a number of times. I bank with Wells Fargo. Apparently, - decided to charge me all at once a month while we were still in negotiations. I did not have enough money in my account for a - charge and did not know anything about the charge. Wells Fargo paid that amount and overdrew my account. I complained and went ballistic. They gave me what they called a temporary credit. They just took the temporary credit from my account and overdrew me again. I am now overdrawn -. This is my question, clearly this is their fault. They block transactions all of the time and make me call for approval on much smaller transactions in my daily life, how on earth did this happen and how am I at fault. They could have made arrangements with me to pay back the temporary credit in small increments over the past several months, but instead they broadsided me again. My account has also been hit about three times since I have
am I fighting and arguing over my money. I want to change banks but I am so afraid being treated the same way. I was by BofA to the tune of a settlement in my favor. I am sick of fighting for my money and I do not have much to fight over. Thank you, - -
