I am using Wells Fargo as my primary bank account. On - -, 2015, someone has been using my card without my permission ( Unauthorized transaction ). My card were not stolen ( I had my card with me ). The unauthorized transaction was being made at - - ( - ), - - ( - - ), - - ( - - ), - - ( - 's ), - - ( - ), and etc,. - transaction with the same amount of $36.00 were made in - ( total of $73.00 ), - transaction of exactly $100.00 was made in -, - transaction of exactly $200.00 was made in - - ( Total of $600.00 ), - transaction of $2600.00 was made in - 's and - transaction of - was made in -. I was in - - with my wife on the same night ( As a proof, I made some transaction inside the city of - - ). All the transaction made within - - were done by me and my wife, but other transaction made outside the - -, such as - - and - -, were not me or others with my permission.


-, 2015. But, I just received a mail saying that my claim is closed and they deducted the temporarily credit of $3400.00 from my account. On the letter, it said, they have completed their research of my inquiry about charges to my account. Based on the information available to them ( Wells Fargo ), they found the charges were made by me or someone who had my permission. I do n't know what exactly happened because I had my card with me, and the only people who knows my pin number is my wife and I. But my wife is always with me 24hours a day, and she was with me on that day too. Also, it 's funny because I have never been to -, -, - -, - 's, - - or - - before. How can I make a transaction in a place I have never been to? Please help me find my money back. Thank you.
