Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Don't agree with fees charged Virginia
mycampuspartners has implemented a new " convenience fee '' if you wish to pay directly your checking or savings account. There was always a fee for paying with debit/credit card, but now there is also a fee for direct withdraws from your account. The only way to avoid this is to mail in a check, which, in 2016, is a bit ridiculous. This is a pure money grab as they do not incur fees for direct ACH deposits with withdraws.
