I have an auto loan with Regional Acceptance Corporation that I opened in -. I have been paying on this loan for more than 5 years giving them almost - a month. The loan amount was $16000.00 and they are telling me because of interest and late fees that I still owe them over $10000.00. As of last month, I have paid them a total of about $22000.00, so they are telling me that I have given them $16000.00 in late fees and interest. When I purchased this car I felt like I was being pressured and plowed down by - people in an office at - - in - - FL and they found this finance company for me. I am scared they are going to reposses my car which by the way was not even new it was a - when I bought it and only worth about $12000.00. I have been struggling to pay for this car since the beginning and I have been taken advantage of to the extreme. I do n't want this on my credit so I continue to pay for it. I feel like I was open prey and that this is very very unfair practice. They have no reason to continue making me pay for this car. They already got the entire sum plus more! Please someone help me.
