On - -, 2015, I bought new furniture at - - in -, Texas. I used their financial promotion no interest rate if paid in full in 24 months, they use Synchrony Financial. Around - -, 2015, I started to receiving calls from Synchrony when I was at work, they first called like around - - then every three hours after that, they kept calling for three days until I returned the call, I was told my payment was late, I told them I have not received my first bill yet, I gave them my mailing address and I was told I was going to get my first bill next month, Synchrony employee wrote a statement in the system explaining my situation about the billing. I month passed by and they started to call again like 5 to 8 times a day from - - to - -. I let them keep calling for like a week so for a whole week they kept calling 5 to 8 times a day from - - to - -. I returned the call and they told me by payment was late, I told them I have not received my first bill yet,


to have the correct address so I can get my first bill on time. Finally, I got my first bill on -/-/- so I 'm filing this complaint to get $190.00 to $2500.00 back from them because this an error from them, they kept wasting my time, and my credit score went down thanks to them. Attach are copies of their bills I did n't get on time because they had the wrong address. Also, attach is a copy of my sales order from - - with my correct address. I hope you can help me and protect others from companies trying to play dumb in order to make more money. Thank you, - -
