Incorrect information on credit report Public record Arizona

I had applied for a loan with Cash Time Title Loans on - -, 2016 and this report came from a third party source and I have been identified as a victim of identity theft with a FTC Report and No. and also a Police Report. My credit report is suppose to be on a 7 year credit freeze however, - - went through a third party. This Credit Reporting Agency named LexisNexis Risk Solution Bureau LLC has listed me as : - - Lien/Judgment record found, - of sub-prime credit services solicited and - - Multiple SSNs reported with applicant. When I tried calling this number in - GA no one would answer and it would just ring, Therefore I was told credit was offered at less than favorable terms. No one could and would give me any explanation. I feel this is an illegal and unethical fraudulent company that payday loans used on their clients and it 's unfair and needs to be investigated.
