I ordered - $300.00 visa prepaid card on - ( order # - ) on -/-/15. The order is supposed to be fulfilled by -. I called - on -/-/15 because I did not receive the prepaid cards. Agent requested me to wait until -/-/15. I called again on -/-/15, and agent agreed to void the old cards and ship - new cards ( Call Reference # - ). I called - again on -/-/-, agent said that they have not resent the prepaid cards, but they agreed to send it soon ( Call Reference # - ). I received a phone call from - on -/-/-, and they stated that those cards have been used already. I requested a full refund on -/-/15 ( Ticket # - ).
