Improper use of my credit report Received marketing offer after opted out South Carolina

I have placed a fraud alert and freeze on all - creditors. I will like to know if my personal information and credit inquiries are used by a third party to commit fraud. I have all these credit inquires and was not inform about any credits or gave my consent to any company to use my personal information.
