I filed a dispute with my bank on my - debit card due to poor quality of goods purchased. I tried to work with the supplier but they refused to allow me to return the merchandise so I filed a dispute with the bank. I was issued a provisional credit. Recently received a letter from my bank basically telling me that they could do nothing about my dispute did not even try to chargeback the supplier.
