Credit monitoring or identity protection account terms and changes
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit monitoring or identity protection Account terms and changes Wisconsin
I have been out of country for three years. I returned to US in - of 2015. Late -, early - I got a credit report from Experian as I was applying to rent an apartment and wanted to know my credit rating. Subsequently I have been getting these emails from Experian notifying me of changes in my credit rating. I have been ignoring these emails because when I open the email and click on the link it asks me for a user log in. I do n't have an account. And if I did have an account I do n't know my user login. Life has settled down a little bit and last night I decided to spend some time on this. Then I read the e-mail more closely. In very fine print it informs me that they are deducting - dollars from my account monthly for this service and that I got seven days free and was automatically signed up for this and that I had to take steps to cancel the membership. I never sign up for this and did not think it was applicable. But then I check my bank account. Sure enough these slime balls are deducting money from my account every month. This has been going on since -. This is fraud. It is dishonest and I have no interest in their service. I want my money returned. I want to file legal charges against them.
