PenFed wo n't let me do anything with my account. I have $30.00 in my account. PenFed wo n't allow me to update my address even though I mailed them proof of address and proof of identity. They asked me to call and verify the information on the phone and I did call in, but it still is not updated. PenFed will not allow me open a checking account with them. PenFed will not allow me to initiate a transfer out of my account. Basically they are holding my money hostage and I have no access to is.
