Credit monitoring or identity protection Account terms and changes North Carolina
Dear - : After diligently trying to resolve a billing issue with Experian Credit Monitoring through their customer service department known as - I have received no help and would like to ask that you look into the matter. In - I signed up for their service, I called to cancel 2 years later not needing it anymore. A rep offered me a lower rate of - down from -. I accepted. Two years later in - - the company started billing me - again. I did n't catch it until - -. I have attempted to resolve this overbilling with them but all they did was tell me they would refund one month which they have not ( been almost 1 month since then ). They state that I was on a trial when in fact my trial month was way back in -. I was in fact on a reduced rate with no given expiration. I am very distressed that this criminal business practice is not prosecuted. I 'm looking to you for your help. All correspondence is included below. As you can see from the bills uploaded, -/-/- as well as bills from - and - of - ( new doc - ) my rate was -, more than 2 months before it went up, proving I was not on a 30 day trial. Additionally, I still have received NO REFUND as they stated they would give me 1 month as a courtesy. This disreputable business has taken my money and wasted my time. Please help. - - - -
