I had money debited out of my wells fargo account in - 2015. $1300.00 and some change I contacted Wells Fargo to stop the transaction and dispute it. I was later told they could not tell whether I gave my card away to someone to use it so they denied my claim. None uses my account. I lived alone then. No one had access to my card.The rep told me maybe I made a purchase in the store. I told the rep I was at work and the proximity of my job and where the transaction was done was not anywhere near close to each other. I have attached a copy of my time sheet which i have faxed over to wells fargo and received nothing back from with regards to receiving it or not.
