Purchased vehicle with 21.9 % interest and the sales person was not clear about the terms of the contract. The - mile four year warranty was really only a - mile four year warranty. The sales persons were deceptive and not looking out for the customer and more focused on commission of the sale. After nearly four years I still owe more than the original sticker price of the car. The car needs major repair but the warranty is expired. They refuse to offer refinance option to make the car more reasonably affordable. It may take four more years to pay off a car that has started to fall apart. I am unable to purchase a dependable car because of this terrible contract with them. I feel like I was trapped into a bad contract. This contract is forcing me into filing bankruptcy as an only alternative.
