They called at night, I explained that because of my work schedule calling at - was inappropriate. They said it was a business matter. I told them to call during business hours, because of my work schedule I am home during normal business hours. I asked them to document that I asked them to call during business hours, - times. Then I sent a letter. Tonight I got a call and had to ask the caller their name - times, they finally asked me why I need their name, I told them I want it for my records, I was told their name is -. I explained AGAIN about business hours and the letter sent. They said they 'd get a supervisor. They put me on hold then came back and said their supervisor says they are allowed to call at - but they can note the account to call at -. I said, no, business hours. You said it 's a business matter, call during business matters, I was again ignored. They do n't care about when they call, and yes - is cheating, you can call legally UNTIL - and when I requested they not, more than once AND sent a letter, they still did n't heed any of it.
