Debt collection communication tactics called after sent written cease of comm January 7, 2016 - They called at night, I explained that because of my work schedule calling at - was inappropriate. They said it was a business matter. I told them to call during business hours, because of my work schedule I am home during normal business hours. I asked them to document that I asked them to call during business hours, - times. Then I sent a letter. Tonight I got a call and had to ask the caller their name - times, they finally asked me why I need their name, I told them I want it for my records, I was told their name is -. I explained AGAIN about business hours and the letter sent.... |
