State Farm Bank Credit card department,
State Farm Bank deducted a $100.00 payment from my account twice for -/-/-. I have tried to contact, but they have refused to answer any attempt to reach them ( despite their website stating that they will respond within 2 business days ). I have contacted them at least three times, and they are just plain and simple ignoring me.
