i was trying to remove a security freeze on done with Experian. for some reason their web site rejected my request ( even so i was able to do it in - 2015 ) when trying to upload requested document - i was rejected as well. there is no way to contact with Experian and get someone to talk with me on the phone and solve the issue, their system is not enable fixing issues like the above which cause consumer to lose financial opportunists
