I am adding some documents to my original complaint to prove that - was lying to me. I did not go through the mail they sent me and after going through it I found a document that says " Provided we receive a signed copy of this Agreement from you ( the student borrower or cosigner ) by -/-/2015, - agrees to place your Loan into in-school deferred status beginning -/-/2015, and ending -/-/2015. Monthly payment will not be required while the Loan is/are in deferred ( in-School Forbearance ) status. '' When I spoke to - he ( very aggressively ) told me that my request for Forbearance was neither approved or denied yet this letter basically says I was approved for Forbearance and I just need to sign the document. Additionally the letter was mailed - -, 2015. I was just about to make a payment on this account to just show that I am not careless in paying my bills but now I 'm nervous that my payment would count against me in some way unless this is handled by CFPB. I tried to call AES today, Saturday, but they are closed.
