Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Don't agree with fees charged Ohio

I am being charged late fees every month, and i am never late. My loan has been set up to automatically withdraw from my bank account since the beginning. It is impossible to mange this with the lender, because there is a third party that is managing the loan.
