Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Maryland

i was financed by santander consumer usa. i made - payments, most of it was - per month, there is a lot of costly issues with my car, i asked them to pay - a month since my issues needs to be fix, they would call me all times of the day, sundays and on holidays, sometimes i get angry, because i am paying my loan, now it is intress added to intress, now they want me to pay - a month, or get reposess, can i get some sort of help, the car is worth around - dollars, used the price i payed so far, for them to reposess my car for,- - dollars, is pure bullie in, can i get some help please, i rather give back the car so not to have repo on my credit.
