JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I used my Chase - - card to purchase a dumpster rental for my roof replacement. I called and spoke to the dumpster company ( - ) and asked what size would accommodate. They told me the - yard, I asked if there were any additional charges, they said no. Then after they picked up the rental ( 2 days later ) I was told I have an overage charge, which I said I should n't since I called and the rep told me the size was adequate. I then disputed, chase said they could n't help me after - calls telling - the same thing over and over again. I asked her if she even understood what I was disputing and she could n't formulate the words to explain back to me ... .so CFPB please help me with my FACTA and consumer credit rights!
