Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Colorado

Chase Bank altered their overdraft protection policies, resulting in a $34.00 overdraft fee to my checking account. Rather than move the money from my savings account to cover the $6.00 overage ( as per their past policy ), Chase Bank in under 24 hours added a $34.00 overdraft fee to my checking account. Upon going into the local Chase Bank branch to report what I believed to be a mistake, I was informed that this was their current policy. And, although Chase removed the fee, the banker informed me that he would not remove a similar fee again.
