The month of - 2015, I contacted - - ( - ) that I am going to - for 10 days and told them the countries that I am staying. I did not want to have problem when I am using my card out of the states. While I was in - there were times that I could not use my card because they did not accept the charges. - - of 2015 I returned and few days later I got a call from - that they have seen some activities that are not normal on my account. They read some of the charges and I told them that they were not mine. They indicated that when I receive the bill to fill up their paper work and send it back to the Fraud Department of -.
as I am concern was wasted time. The issue has not been solved and they want more paper work and they claim either they do not have it or it is lost or they are behind in their work. They have been charging me interest and late payment and at one point they told me I am in collection. I am tired to deal with the Fraud Department and the people who ca n't read and count. I need help to deal with them and my attorney suggested to contact you. Please Help! Thanks,
