Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low California
Chase Bank checking charged me - separate $34.00 NSF fees for minor consumer purchases ( e.g. $5.00 - charge turned into $5.00 + $34.00, etc ). I had a gap in funds for about 24-48 hours, and transferred in to cover the " insufficient funds '' within - hours for all of these. The bank rejected my request for NSF refunds and used some complicated bank accounting schedules to dispute my request. My request is a refund on all - $34.00 fees since I had transferred funds into the account promptly to cover minor consumer purchases.
