Equifax Credit Reporting Complaint

I was trying to get service from - - but when they ran my credit check ( I have a credit score & gt ; - ), Equifax said that they could not verify my identity. When I went to all - credit agencies to obtain my credit report, I was able to do so at - and - but not at Equifax. The Equifax website again said that they could not verify my identity (!!! ). Now I have to send in - forms of identification by mail to get them to review and correct the problem. Meanwhile, the promotion for - is going off and I will end up paying - of $ $ $ more because of Equifax 's mistake. This is not fair and it should not be legal. Equifax should have to pay for their mistake, not me!
