Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low New Jersey

Ive been having problems with Wells Fargo saying that I have an available balance in my checking account that o do n't actually have so I removed overdraft protection off my account so that I would not be able to spend what I do not have. My account is overdrawn because of a transaction that was allowed to go through when I did n't have the money and I was charged an overdraft fee. I also have a purchase pending that I paid for with debit so should have been instantly removed from my account. Wells Fargo is continuously conducting fraudulent activity on my account. The reason the law was made for banks to give people the option to remove overdraft protection was for this very reason and wells Fargo is doing their part.
