Refusal by Macy 's and representative Citibank to provide sufficient information to allow debt repayment. I have been attempting to make arrangements for payment of a debt I owe through - Debt Consolidation Agency. Macy 's has changed their account number system and has rejected all proposals because of either " not enough information '' or " invalid Account Number ''. I am attaching the denial notices issued to -. I am unable to reach Macy 's Credit Department, serviced through Citibank to obtain sufficient information to either make arrangements to pay this debt or for - - to submit a letter of proposal. The offices are only open from - - - and every time I call, I am disconnected. ( See attached for further explanation )
