I deposited/ $2800.00 cash at Chase - branch ( - - -, - , NY - ) ATM machine on -/-/2015 at around - - -. After I put in all my money bills in, the monitor showed that I deposited too many bills at one time, so the machine first spitted out my money back. When I about to go grab my cash back, the machine sucked all my money back in then the whole machine froze and not responding nor printed out any receipt. First, I waited in front of the ATM machine to see if it will return my money back. After waiting for about 10 min, I went into the bank and call for help. Chase bank sent a - speaking lady to help me. Then this lady told me that this happen before that the machine could spit out the money in about 10 min, so the lady waited with me in front of the machine for about another 15 min. After the long wait, she sent me to the office and there was another customer service man helped me to place the phone call to Chase Claim department because, according to them, they are


checking account and they will take care of everything. On -/-/2015, a credit was placed in my checking account. I trusted Chase bank because I 've been a customer with Chase for a long time. However, on -/-/2015, I checked my account statement online and found Chase posted a REVERSE CREDIT FOR ATM DEPOSIT DISPUTE of $2800.00 to my checking account on -/-/2015, so I called Chase at - right away and spoke with claim specialist - at - on -/-/2015, and found out the Chase could not locate extra cash on that ATM machine. I requested Chase to re-investigate my claim on -/-/2015. On -/-/2015 at -, I went back to Chase bank - - - -, Flushing - NY - ) and request to get additional help in person. I spoke with Officer Relationship Banker - - regarding my case again, then the answer I got was the same which they will re-investigate this case. On -/-/2015 at -, I called Chase at - and spoke with their claim specialist Preftom regarding update of my claim. The answer for Chase 's 2nd investigation was the same which they could not locate the money and I will never be able to get my $2800.00 back. I questioned Chase 1 ). what if the ATM machine did spit out my money back later then someone took it? 2 ). Did the investigation team check the surveillance camera ( there are at least 4 cameras in each corner ) to see if any one took my money after I left because I was instructed by their employee that they will take care of everything? 3 ) If I could speak to the investigation team directly? After all, their answer was NO and there is nothing they can do at this point.
