Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Utah
We financed an auto Ally and we were excited. A year into our loan we lost our jobs and tried to maintain paying for all of our expenses. We called into Ally trying to salvage our loan and explain our situation. They refused to work with us or give us options to retain our vehicle. We ended up have the car repossed after months of trying to maintain our good standing with Ally. We have been trying to pay down the outstanding balance owed but Ally refuses to give us affordable payment options or give us a pay off balance. On two separate occasions they have asked a judge for permission to wipe out our acts leaving us with less than - to survive on. When we call we can not get through and if we reach a live rep they continuously tell us how they are owed the money. We want to pay off our debt to them but we do not know the outstanding balance. We need real answers in order to hold up our financial ends.
