Closing/Cancelling account Massachusetts

I got an email from Discover Card that said my credit line increased to - ( from I beleive - ), but it also stipulated that my account would canceled if I did n't use the card by - 2016 ... just three months from the email date ... because I have n't used the card for a few months and it has a - balance. So they do they something to improve my credit by increasing the limit and then threaten to cancel that credit if I do n't use it. That 's a form of extortion. I saved the email and can send it to you.
