My mortgage loan servicing company is not following the terms of my loan modification agreement. The result of this is me being forced to pay several hundred dollars more a month to maintain on-time payment history. I have contacted their loan servicing department several times in the course of the last month and a half to fix the issue but have gotten no resolution.
