I was contacted by - -, who identified himself as the Lead Investigator for - - - on - -, 2015 at - -. In the voice mail that was left on my cell phone, this gentleman divulged private information, including my social security number and stated that a lawsuit had been filed. Minutes later, he called me at work and left a voicemail stating that I have 5 days to call him or that legal action would be taken. To date, I have not received anything in writing from this collection agency.
