I received my check back from Tower Loan that was not cashed they advised that I was not able to send any checks as payment to my account after i had a few problems with my online banking in which my bank was sending checks out before my paycheck was in my account. Anytime this happened the check was paid. I was then informed that they take debit cards. After the incident they never advised that I would not have access to my account online and canceled the option without notice. Therefore I was not able to pay by debit card nor credit card which created my account to be even later than usual because of this. I was never given any notice that they were doing this and not given notice.well I tried to pay my account by debit card or credit card and even tried calling over the phone even their employees were not aware that this was not an option and kept telling me to pay by debit card or credit card Because of this it has caused my account to be late and created financial hardship in driving to their business on - -, 2015 they refused to take a debit card payment but when i called them they advised that I can pay by debit card when arriving it was discovered that they would not accept my debit card and that I would have to pay cash or money order. Tower loan constantly calls me when payment is due and is ignoring the laws of collecting a bill by constantly calling after they have advised that the bill is due in one week I have received more than 15 calls from Tower loan
