I have been paying monthly to - on a closed account however they sent me to collection agency anyway. I have not even received a bill from collection agency as of yet to even have info to send a payment and just paid $100.00 to - in -. This collection agency calls me - times a day using various numbers. I have spoken to them advised I had been paying an amount each month that I could afford although I am out of work due to illness. Agent advised the amount I was paying was not enough and they would continue to aggressively seek a higher amount. I 've asked they stop calling because I was aware and paying what I could. They advised they would continue to call everyday until I set up a payment plan that was significantly higher than what I can afford at this moment!
