Colony Brands, Inc. Credit card department,
I received a " thank you for your order '' e-mail from Swiss Colony company, although I never submitted an order. The customer service person said that the order was on it 's way and there was nothing they could do. They said I could n't return the package, assuming it arrives at my address, since it is perishable food. They said I could not get a refund to my pre-approved credit account. They said that they were not authorized to close my credit line with -, so this person can and probably will order again, using my name and account number and line of Swiss Colony credit, which is over $2000.00, although their first 'bogus ' order is $130.00, and -. said I am responsible for the bill. I ca n't believe this! It is an outrage. I am the victim here, but cust. service told me I must get a paid, notarized letter explaining/proving that I did not actually place this order. The phone number on this order is not mine, however, they would not give me the phone number of the person so I can figure out who placed this order, citing " privacy '' concerns, of all things. Can you help? - -
